The Kay Yow Cancer Fund’s mission is to raise money for cancer research, provide access to quality cancer healthcare, and unite people in the fight against all cancers affecting women. I designed an arch to be displayed at the Chinese Lantern Festival to raise awareness of the Kay Yow Cancer Fund and communicate its mission in an abstract, visual way.
The arch features hearts in a variety of colors, each representing the different types of cancer for which the Fund awards research grants, reinforcing the tagline “United Hearts. Unstoppable Hope.” This will remain on display until January 11th.
